Engineering Ethos

To bring the physical, analytical and technical knowledge of Electrical Engineering to meet challenges faced by the students.

Diversification

To promote among student graduates the ability to gain multidisciplinary knowledge through projects and industrial training, leading to a sustainable competitive edge in R&D and meeting societal needs.

Ethics and Attitudes

To prepare students for maintaining professional ethics and proper attitude to be a good human being besides inculcating self assurance and collaboration skills to guide a team while promoting lifelong learning.


Program Specific Outcomes (PSO)

  • Students will be equipped with the fundamental knowledge and design skills in electrical circuits, machines, power and control systems besides inculcating a profound understanding of electromagnetic field theory, power electronics, measurement, signal processing and communication systems in order to enable them to analyze, test , evaluate and develop systems and products for power generation, distribution, energy conservation in Electrical and allied interdisciplinary engineering fields banking on sustainable eco-friendly technologies.

  • Students having good ethical value are provided with a platform to quench their thirst for knowledge and curiosity while seeking solutions to various societal problems related to Electrical Engineering and allied domains where they can undertake independent research and development assignments along with a knowhow of financial management and emerge as successful entrepreneurs.
