Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities of Coordinator:

1. To coordinate activities of professional societies in the institute

2. To coordinate various internal resources and external resources available from professional societies in the forms of resource persons, funds etc. for organizing different events in the institute

Roles & Responsibilities of Faculty Members:

1. To plan and organize professional society activities in the respective department

2. To maintain departmental records regarding professional society membership information/ activities/ awards/ certificates and submit a summary to the coordinator

3. To maintain departmental budgetary requirements and expenditure statements/records and submit a summary to the coordinator

4. To encourage students and faculty members in the department for professional societies memberships
