Function of the Cell

1. Disposal of requests/appeals as expeditiously as possible according to Institute’s act and statutes

2. Making necessary changes to existing practices in relation to the maintenance, management and destruction of records

3. Enhancing the provision of training on the right to information for all

4. To receive (or reject) and inquire into a complaint from any stake holder concerned.

5. Enforcing the concerned person or department to provide oral or written evidence on oath and to produce documents in demand
