Rules and Regulations

  1. There is no specific theme for short film.
  2. Participants must be from same college & have to submit a copy of their college id cards.
  3. The maximum number of people can be 8(including the cast)
  4. The runtime for films should not exceed 10 minutes.
  5. Films must be based on the ideas that are unique, novel & natural.
  6. Videos using digi cams/handy cams/mobile phones are allowed.
  7. Every team should have an appropriate title for the movie & a team name.
  8. Each film should begin with a disclaimer, which should also include the event name, the team name and the title of the movie.
  9. Please avoid obscenity, pornography, excessive violence. In such a case, the submission will be rejected.
  10. Submission of video will be done through CD .
  11. Participants can submit their CD to the college or can courier the CD at Entries for event must be submitted at the venue B.P.Poddar Institute of Management & Technology within 20th September 2013.
  12. The format can be either of these- .avi, .mkv, .mp4, .mov.
  13. This event is FREE! No participation fees.

  3. Video & sound synchrony
  4. Editing
  5. Script
  6. Message Quality
