The event will be conducted in two rounds:
Prelims
Final Round
Prelims of the Competition will be completely in online mode. The Final Round of the Competition will be held in offine mode at B. P. PODDAR INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY, Kolkata inside College Premises.
Mode of competition: This event consist of rounds where your problem solving skills through programming will be tested.
Platform: C, C++, Java and Python.
Rules:
The event will be of 1 hour, that is, 60 minutes.
It will consist of all types of Questions. (Eg. Easy, Medium or Hard)
Students can participate in this Competition either alone or in a group of 2 students. A group of more than 2 students will not be allowed.
Students will get scores according to the type of questions they have solved in that duration of 1 hour.
Students scoring the maximum scores by solving the questions will go in the Final round.
In case of a tie between two participants/groups, time of completion of the programs
will be considered. Participant/Group taking less time will go into the Final Round. If there is still a tie then
space complexity will be considered as a discriminating parameter for tie break.
