Ensuring that students are committed to the Institute’s Ethical Principles in their acts and actions
Taking precautions with respect to all acts and practices that may lead to the Institute’s reputation and image
being harmed
To hear charges brought against any student
To consider the evidence submitted
To determine whether the allegation relating to the disciplinary offense has been substantiated
Fix a date for the disciplinary hearing and instruct the concerned to serve the notice of the disciplinary
hearing upon the student charged
To consider and determine, after conclusion of the hearing, whether or not each charge has been proved
Notify the student charged of the decision in writing
Review the disciplinary rules and procedures from time to time and make recommendations to the
appropriate Authority.
