Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinator:
Redressal of Students' Grievances to solve their academic and administrative problems.
To co-ordinate between members and Department to redress the grievances.
Analysing the nature and pattern of the grievances in a strictly confidential manner
To guide ways and means to the students to redress their problems.
Initiate and oversee the process of investigation and communicating decision.
Member:
Creating awareness in departments about grievance redressal mechanism
Attended to cases promptly on receipt of written grievances from the students
To co-ordinate between students and Departments to redress the grievances.
Report to the authority about the cases attended to and the number of pending cases.
