Function of the Cell
- To facilitate maintenance of the assets of the institute for comfort and well-being of the stake holders.
- To ensure smooth and proper functioning of the housekeeping on daily basis.
- The cell plans, controls and evaluate the needs of the Staffs and Students for achieving long and short terms goals.
- The cell should make every effort to make sure that wastage of goods is reduced to a minimum.
- The cell should ensure excellence in housekeeping sanitation, safety and aesthetics of the college premises.
Facilities of the Cell
- General maintenance is a continuous process to run the institute smoothly everyday.
- Adequate seating facilities are provided to accommodate students and staff.
- Facility of two RO treatment for purified water is available for staff, students and visitors in the Canteen.
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinator:
- To coordinate among different members of the committee regarding different issues regarding General Maintenance
- To conduct meeting with all committee members in a periodical basis before the semester begin for different issues regarding general maintenance of the institution
Faculty Members:
- To take feedback from different stake holders of this institution for continuous improvement of the quality of the service.
- To monitor the operations of the class room, laboratories and faculty room, implementing and reviewing the maintenance policy.
- To monitor at regular intervals, the quality of amenities and services provided by the institute and work together with the administration to improve the services to all the staffs and students of the Institute.
- To audit the overall sanitation, solid waste disposal system and fire safety management of the Institute at a regular interval.

- One faculty member from Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering.
- One faculty from Department of Computer Science Engineering.
- One faculty from Department of Electrical Engineering.
- One faculty from Information Technology.

- One faculty from Department of Basic Science and Humanities.
- One staff member from Admin.
