Function of the Cell

To guide the ways and means to the students to redress their problems.
To make all the staff members of the Institute responsive, accountable and courteous in dealing with the students.
Redressing of Students’ Grievances to solve their academic and administrative problems through coordination between students and departments/section

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinator:

Redressal of Students’ Grievances to solve their academic and administrative problems.
To co-ordinate between members and Department to redress the grievances.
Analysing the nature and pattern of the grievances in a strictly confidential manner
To guide ways and means to the students to redress their problems.
Initiate and oversee the process of investigation and communicating decision.

Member:

Report to the authority about the cases attended to and the number of pending cases.
Creating awareness in departments about grievance redressal mechanism
Attended to cases promptly on receipt of written grievances from the students
To co-ordinate between students and Departments to redress the grievances.
