The Electric Circuit Theory Laboratory provides students with practical exposure to the fundamental principles of circuit analysis and network theorems. The lab accommodates 30 students per batch and is utilized 80% of the total available slots per week. It is equipped with Aplab 20 MHz CROs, GwinSTEK 50 MHz DSOs, function generators, and a variety of trainer kits including RLC Network Trainer (Model AN-5), Network Theorem Verification Kits (Models NW-1 and NW-2), and Two-Port Network Trainer (Model NW-4). Experiments conducted in the lab include verification of basic circuit laws, network theorems, resonance in RLC circuits, and two-port network parameters. The facility also includes Analog & Digital Trainer Kits, R-L-C trainers, and PCs with Scilab and Multisim software for simulation and analysis. The lab effectively integrates theoretical and practical learning, enhancing students’ understanding of circuit behavior, analysis techniques, and simulation-based verification.
