Simulation Laboratory

The Simulation Laboratory is equipped to provide students with practical experience in modelling, analysis, and simulation of electrical and electronic systems. This laboratory is equipped with 37 number of advanced computers set having high speed internet facility and dual booting system with centralized UPS back up. Apart from serving as departmental computing facility for the students of Electrical Engineering department, it also provides a facility as physical laboratory for some of the departmental and non-departmental laboratory curriculum for the simulation based experiments. Though the major installed licensed software are MATLAB and MI-Power, still the students have the province to perform simulation based experiments through Scilab and Pspice. The lab enables students to perform simulation-based experiments, circuit modeling, and software-driven analysis, bridging the gap between theoretical learning and practical implementation, and enhancing their computational and problem-solving skills in electrical engineering applications.
